The SRT (operated by SR) is Korea's second high-speed rail line, running from Suseo. Here's how to recover something left on board.

How to report an SRT lost item

  • Customer service: 1800-1472
  • Station lost-item centers:
    • Suseo Station: 02-6177-8245
    • Dongtan Station: 031-328-9505
    • Pyeongtaek-Jije Station: 031-646-8805
  • Real-time lookup: the SRT app and Lost112 portal

Provide your travel date, train number, route, and car/seat number with a description. See the SRT directory entry.

Storage and disposal

Found items are held about 7 days at the lost-item center; if unclaimed, they're transferred to the relevant police station and appear on Lost112.

Rode a KTX, not SRT?

KTX is run by Korail — see the KTX / Korail lost and found guide.

Prefer help in English?

SR's phone line and stations operate mainly in Korean. If calling is a hurdle or you've left the country, we can trace, recover, and ship your item.
