Left something at Incheon International Airport (ICN)? Start with the right terminal's Lost & Found office — and if it was on the plane, contact your airline instead.

On the plane vs. in the terminal

  • Left it on board → it's the airline's, not the airport's. Contact your carrier's lost-item service (see How to recover an item left on a plane).
  • Left it in the terminal → the airport Lost & Found office above.

How long Incheon keeps items

Items are held for the statutory 6-month period plus a 3-month finder's-acquisition period; after that, unclaimed items transfer to the national treasury and are disposed of. Unreported or perishable items may be handled sooner. Report as early as you can.

Can't find it there? Search Lost112

If the item was handed to police, it's registered on Lost112 (and the police civil-service portal minwon24.police.go.kr), searchable by date, area, and item type.

Already flew home?

Email the Lost & Found office to confirm they hold the item, then arrange shipping. If handling it from abroad in Korean is difficult, we can recover and ship it for you.
