신고 방법

Report an item left on board or lost at the airport via Korean Air's lost-item page, or call the service center (1588-2001).

How to trace it

Korean Air's lost item centre holds ONLY items found at Korean Air check-in counters, Korean Air-operated lounges, or on board the aircraft. Anything lost elsewhere in the terminal belongs to the airport's own lost and found, not the airline.

분실물 정책

보관 기간: 30 days
폐기 정책: Kept for 30 days, then handed to the relevant national authority or disposed of. Perishable items and neck pillows are discarded on an ongoing basis.
