How to report
Search for or report an item left on board via Asiana's In-Flight Lost & Found lookup, or call the customer center (1588-8000).
How to trace it
Items left on board are handed to staff at the ARRIVAL airport, not the departure airport — if you connected, check the city you landed in. Items found at night or over a weekend may not be registered immediately, so an empty search on day one is not conclusive; search again after a couple of business days.
Lost & found policy
- Retention period
- 30 days
- Disposal policy
- Discarded after 30 days. Neck pillows and perishable items are discarded on an ongoing basis. Lithium-battery items (spare batteries, e-cigarettes, cordless curling irons) are discarded immediately on discovery. Passports, ID cards and cash are handed to airport police rather than held by the airline.
