Courier/shipping cost is not included in any plan. After we recover and weigh your item, we send you the exact shipping quote to approve before anything ships — no markup, no surprises. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
We do not accept items left behind on purpose, or suitcases and other large luggage. We are a lost-item recovery service for people who were unable to collect their belongings — not a general luggage shipping service.
