Lost something in Korea?
We'll find it.
Travelers lose thousands of items every day across Seoul, Busan, and Jeju. Our local team navigates the language barrier and recovery process for you.
How it works
It comes down to one question: do you know where your item is?
You know where it is
- Tell us the location
- We recover it, in Korean
- Delivered to you
Two payments — the service fee (pay now for 10% off, or after recovery), then actual-cost shipping once we weigh it.
Major hubs (Incheon · Gimpo · Cheongju · Jeju Air · Seoul Limousine) are a flat $29; elsewhere from $39 plus a distance surcharge, and overseas +$10. Shipping is actual cost, no markup.
You don't know where it is
- Request — it's free
- We search, best effort
- We find it
- Find-onlyPay $59 · you collect it
- or
- All-in-OnePay $79 · we recover & ship it
Free to request, and no charge if we can't find it — and we never reveal the location before payment. Once found, choose one flat fee: Find-only ($59) — we tell you the exact location and you collect it yourself; or All-in-One ($79) — we recover it and ship it to you (plus actual-cost shipping). Either way, a single payment, only when found.
Simple, fair pricing
Four plans — from a flat $29 major-hub delivery to full-service All-in-One. Pick by where your item is and how much you want us to handle. Shipping is billed separately, after we find and weigh it.
All-in-One
Don't know where it is? We handle everything — search to delivery.
- Free to request — pay only if we find it
- We search Lost112, police, and transit operators
- We recover it for you and confirm by photo
- Flat $79 + actual-cost shipping, delivered worldwide

ApplyFind-only
We locate it; you collect it yourself.
Pay when foundShipping billed later, never marked up. You pay only the exact courier cost, quoted before we ship.
Courier/shipping cost is not included in any plan. After we recover and weigh your item, we send you the exact shipping quote to approve before anything ships — no markup, no surprises. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Who we are
We're a Seoul-based team of bilingual Koreans who help foreigners navigate Korea's lost and found system. We speak fluent Korean and English, and we know exactly how to work with Lost112, police stations, transit authorities, and taxi companies. Since Korea's lost item recovery system is almost entirely in Korean, most foreigners give up before even trying. That's where we come in.
