How do I claim an item listed here?

Call the office holding it (shown on each item) to confirm it is still there and when you can come, then collect it in person with your passport or ID. Expect an identity check against the name on the document. With a power of attorney, we can collect it for you.

How long are found items kept?

Items left on the subway, a train or bus, at an airport or in a shop are first kept by that operator's lost & found, then handed to the police, usually within about a week. The police hold found property for six months.

Where are recently found ones held?

Most of those found in the last 7 days are held at: 제주국제공항, 오산경찰서, 서울도봉경찰서, 손님상담실(에버랜드), 인천국제공항(터미널1).
