Call the Dasan Call Center at 120 (English available; +82-2-120 from abroad), or contact the operating bus company directly. Provide the route number, boarding and alighting stops, and the time. Items found on board are kept at the bus company's garage.

- Items unclaimed after about 7 days are transferred to the police
- 處置政策
- After ~7 days, unclaimed items are submitted to the police and become searchable on the Lost112 portal (lost112.go.kr).
