Call the Dasan Call Center at 120 (English available; +82-2-120 from abroad), or contact the operating bus company directly. Provide the route number, boarding and alighting stops, and the time. Items found on board are kept at the bus company's garage.

Search the Seoul bus lost-item system at bus.go.kr, or use Dasan 120 to identify the operating company.

保管期限

Items unclaimed after about 7 days are transferred to the police

处置政策

After ~7 days, unclaimed items are submitted to the police and become searchable on the Lost112 portal (lost112.go.kr).
