Contact the customer center (1800-1472) or a station lost-item center — Suseo 02-6177-8245; Dongtan 031-328-9505; Pyeongtaek-Jije 031-646-8805 — with your travel date, train number, route, car and seat number, and a description. Real-time lookup is also in the SRT app and on Lost112.

- After 7 days, unclaimed items are transferred to the relevant police station (searchable on Lost112).
