Contact the Lost & Found Center for the line(s) you rode — Lines 1–2: City Hall 02-6110-1122; Lines 3–4: Chungmuro 02-6110-3344; Lines 5–8: Wangsimni 02-6311-6765; Lines 6–7: Taereung 02-6311-6766. Items are also searchable on the Lost112 police portal.
Lost & found policy

- Held ~7 days at the Lost & Found Center, then transferred to the police station (held ~9 months)
- Disposal policy
- After ~9 months unclaimed at the police station, items transfer to the National Treasury.
